Bowling : West Indies
That's it, close win for India in the end as they defeat West Indies by 6 wickets ( D/L method ) with just the 1 ball remaining. They now lead the 4-match series 2-1 with a game to play a day after. The openers were the key here in the run chase as they provided a solid start of 84 runs for the other batsmen to capitalize on it. India looked favourite right from the start of the 2nd innings but there were some tense moments towards the end when they needed 11 to win from the last over. They did not panic as their skipper Dhoni(46*) was still out there for them and he finished the game to lead the way for his side. Stay tuned for the presentation news..
Indian skipper MS Dhoni has been awarded the Man of the Match for his match-winning knock of 46 not out. He has always been a great finisher for India and today he showed a glimpse of it.
With this win for India, one thing is for sure that they can't lose this series now. West Indies can surely comeback to level the series with a win in the last game that will be played on the same venue on Sunday. India will look to continue their good form in the ODI's and win the last game to clinch the series. So do join us for that game on Sunday. Till then it's Good Bye from all of us here. Cheers!

Hello and welcome for Game 3 of the series.
India takes on West Indies in the third ODI at St.Lucia today. India goes into the match on the back of a poor performance in the second ODI where they were beaten convincingly by a West Indies side which has struggled recently. The home team's performance in the second ODI marked a major improvement, particularly in its bowling with Ravi Rampaul coming into the fore and bowling a magnificent against the Indian top order, more than making up for the missing Fidel Edwards. He was supported superbly by Jerome Taylor as they ran through the Indian batting line up leaving their batsmen very little to do. Their batsmen in turn did well to go after the Indian bowlers from the word go and gave them no chance of making a comeback into the match. The West Indies are on a high and believe that they can manufacture a home series win against India before they head for their series against Bangladesh. India, on the other hand is looking rather inconsistent with their top order looking out of sorts with Sehwag and Sachin missing. The opening combination seems to be a problem and MS Dhoni seems to be struggling to find the right spot for Rohit Sharma to bat. It's time the Indian batsmen apply themselves better in the middle as most of them got out playing some poor shots in the previous game. The seam bowlers seem to be struggling as well and it will be interesting to see who gets a nod in this game after Kumar and Singh displayed some poor bowling last Sunday. It's a crucial game in context with the series as the side who wins this will get into a position where they can't lose the series. India need to comeback strongly and find their feet quickly if they are to make up for the poor show in the T20 World cup.
